Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions Cape Coral patients ask us most.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. We welcome new patients of all ages. Call or use the form to request your first visit and we will help you get scheduled.

Can I be seen for an urgent concern?

We hold time in the schedule for concerns that come up. Contact the office, describe what is going on, and we will find the earliest opening that fits your needs.

Can you help manage an ongoing condition?

Yes. We provide regular check-ins and care planning for many ongoing conditions, and we coordinate with specialists when helpful.

Can you answer a medical question over the phone?

Our team can help with scheduling and general information, but health concerns are best addressed during a visit with a provider rather than over the phone.

Do you see patients of all ages?

Yes. We care for children, adults, and seniors, so the whole family can use one practice. We can talk through what each member of your family needs at your visit.

What should I do if I need care after hours?

For anything that feels like an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For non-urgent needs, contact our office and we will help you find the next available visit.

Do you accept my insurance?

We work with many common plans. Because coverage can change, call the office or check with your insurer to confirm before your visit, and our team will help answer questions about your benefits.

How do I request a prescription refill?

You can request a refill through the patient portal or by calling the office. Please allow a couple of business days so a provider can review it, and we can discuss any questions at your visit.

Still have a question?

Tell us a little about what you need and our team will help you schedule a visit with a provider.
